Melody studied textiles at university and since finishing she has been producing hand-made lamps and hand- cut wedding stationery. She passionately believes in making her lamps both functional and unique, and her designs are influenced by the Cornish landscape and the playful imagination of her two young children.
Melody enjoys hunting for beautiful used fabrics to use within the lampshades and subsequently has an abundance of material. In response to this, she has started to make ‘up-cycled’ bunting, finished off with satin ribbon to match her lampshade designs.
